The first two editions of ses12naus welcomed twenty artists and thinkers from various disciplines and backgrounds to Ibiza. For 3 weeks, the creators visited the island to research, explore and produce projects. Under the names of ´Embarking´ (2016) and ´The moving idea´ (2018), the two experiences focused on testing the model and its reception among the islanders, the exploration of Ibiza and its resources, and the exchange between the group creators. Each artist produced a piece of work during the residency that was shown publicly at the end of the residency.
