Test of the haptic wearable pregnant womb prototype created by Keiken
La Carpintería hosted a test session of a haptic wearable pregnant womb prototype created by the Keiken collective, which allows the user to connect with the consciousness of other animals and environmental sounds through empathic technologies.
This activity was part of the process of testing and developing the sensors, biometrics and prototype design, which Keiken developed in the Figueretes 2022 residency. The artists have opened this process to the public on the island, to learn about their experiences with the prototype and take them into account in the next phases of work.
