PROCESSING OF IMAGES

For the purposes of Organic Law 1/1982, of 5 May, on the civil protection of the right to honour, personal and family privacy and one's own image, we inform you that your access to the spaces and activities of Fundación Ses Dotze Naus implies express and free-of-charge consent and authorisation for the capturing, fixing, reproduction, distribution and publication of your image and voice, including for promotional, commercial and/or advertising purposes, and through any medium, including electronic media. Attendees at the Foundation's spaces and activities assign the rights to their own image for the production of audiovisual materials in any type of format (including electronic media) and expressly authorise their subsequent dissemination by the Foundation or third parties authorised by it, through any communication medium, expressly consenting to a promotional, advertising and/or commercial use of the captured images or videos. This assignment is made free of charge and without any temporal or territorial limitation, in favour of the Foundation. Under no circumstances may any economic compensation be claimed from the Foundation arising from the exploitation of such images.

For any additional information, you can write to us at info@ses12naus.org.

RETENTION PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA

At Fundación Ses Dotze Naus we aim for personal data provided to be retained only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were collected, and to determine any potential liabilities that may arise from such purpose.

Retention criteria: data will be retained for the period set by law, while there is a mutual interest in maintaining the purpose of the processing, and once such purpose is no longer required, while the contractual relationship lasts, while the data subject has not requested its deletion, and as long as it is not necessary for compliance with a legal obligation or for the formulation, exercise or defence of claims. Data will be deleted with appropriate security measures to guarantee pseudonymisation or total destruction.

If the user revokes consent or exercises the rights of cancellation or deletion, personal data will be kept blocked at the disposal of the Administration of Justice for the periods legally established to address any liabilities arising from their processing. Subsequently, they will be deleted with appropriate security measures to guarantee pseudonymisation or total destruction.
