Raquel Victoria (Palma de Mallorca, 1998) is a contemporary art curator and researcher. She graduated in Fine Arts from the University of Granada, specialising in artistic production, cultural management, and curatorial practice, with a particular interest in the physical and conceptual structure of the white cube in contemporary art.

In 2024, she worked as an art manager at Collaborations DK and CCA Andratx. She has curated exhibitions including The Softness (CCA Andratx), The Bliss of Ignorance (Stefan Rinck and Philip Grözinger), and Concrete Curtains (Xenia Lesniewski).

In 2021, she co-founded the cultural association La Constructora and coordinated the Al Liquindoi Festival. She has participated in research groups and received several grants, including one from the Research and Transfer Plan of the University of Granada.

Andrés Izquierdo (Madrid, 1993) draws on psychoanalysis and allegory to explore themes of childhood, grief, and the restorative qualities of space and objects. Working across a wide range of media—including mobile sculptures, furniture design, figurative ceramics, marker-pen drawings, and architectural installations—his practice is driven by juxtapositions of anarchic yet structured conditions: earth and sky, biology and theology, emergence and dissolution. Fascinated by what is—and at the same time isn’t—Izquierdo interweaves physical presence (landscape, cosmology, and phenomena) with conscious contemplation, expressed through intrusive thoughts, daydreams, and bodily sentiments.

“Today I take photos, tomorrow who knows.”

In her work, Cristina Stolhe (Pontevedra, ES, 1993) examines the experience of daily life through photography. Using analogue and digital cameras—and especially her mobile phone camera—she explores the essence of life while also speculating with what is present, asking “what’s there?” and imbuing her images with emotions that may not be immediately apparent. Her scenes evoke nostalgia and a sense of intimacy and family feeling, while also capturing the present moment through a slow, voyeuristic lens. Stolhe’s practice attempts to appreciate fleeting instants and preserve them, inviting us to reflect on how personal experiences and memories shape our lives and identities.

In 2018, her first book Random Pictures Book was published by Terranova as a tribute to mobile phone photography, exploring today’s overconsumption of images.

Paul Hauptmeier (1993) and Martin Recker (1991) are composers working across composition, sound, and multimedia art. For more than fifteen years, they have collaborated as the artist duo Hauptmeier | Recker, developing projects that span opera, live electronic performance, radio art, electroacoustic music, and site-specific installation. Their practice is rooted in building immersive sonic environments, often translating complex systems—ecological, technological, or social—into sensorial experiences that unfold through sound, space, and light.

They are co-founders and board members of ZiMMT – Center for Immersive Media Art, Music and Technology (Germany), where they curate events and conduct research in the field of spatial audio. Since 2022, they have also taught sound art at the Burg Giebichenstein University of Art (Germany).

Alban Le Henry is a designer trained at ENSCI – Les Ateliers (École Nationale Supérieure de Création Industrielle). After graduating in 2001, he spent several years assisting the Bouroullec brothers, an experience he often describes as his “second school.” In 2007, he established his own design studio in Paris and has since developed a wide-ranging practice spanning exhibition scenography, industrial design, and collectible objects for galleries.

Le Henry denies having any particular experience, but instead claims to have “a pragmatic vision or technical sensibility” — a statement that reflects his approach to design as an ongoing process of making, testing, and refining through material intelligence and structural clarity.

Jorge Isla is a visual artist based in Bilbao. Since 2015, his practice has focused on observing and analysing the realities — and the modes of production and consumption — that shape contemporary society. His work operates at the intersection of sculpture, video art, and photography, building visual narratives that examine how images, objects, and systems circulate within today’s economy of attention and value.

In 2015, he received the VEGAP award, and in 2016 he was granted the MAPA Grant from LENS School. In 2017, he was awarded a Visual Arts Grant from the Spanish Ministry of Culture at the Collège d’Espagne in Paris. His work has been presented in numerous solo and group exhibitions, including The Natural History Museum of the Universitat de València (2018), Photoespaña (2017), the XV Bienal de Fotografía of Córdoba (2017), Kir Royal Gallery (Madrid, 2017), Antonia Puyó Gallery (Saragossa, 2017), the Contemporary Art Glass Museum of Alcorcón (Madrid, 2018), Centro de Creación Contemporánea Matadero (Madrid, 2018), Art Lima (2018), Unseen Art Fair (Amsterdam, 2018), Estampa Art Fair (Madrid, 2017 & 2018), and Photo London Art Fair (2019).

Keiken is an artist collective co-founded by Tanya Cruz, Hana Omori, and Isabel Ramos in 2015. Based between London and Berlin, the collective draws from mixed diasporic backgrounds (Mexican / Japanese / European / Jewish) and works collaboratively to build speculative worlds that test-drive alternative ways of existing. Their practice unfolds across filmmaking, gaming, installation, Extended Reality (XR), blockchain, and performance, often taking the form of immersive environments that simulate new social structures and imaginative futures.

Keiken were awarded the Chanel Next Prize, and their work has been presented internationally in exhibitions and contexts such as the 2nd Thailand Biennale (Korat), House of Electronic Arts HEK (Basel), the Russian Federation Pavilion at the 17th Venice Architecture Biennale (Venice), Koenig Galerie (Decentraland), FACT (Liverpool), HAU Hebbel am Ufer (Berlin), Frankfurter Kunstverein (Frankfurt), transmediale at Haus der Kulturen der Welt HKW (Berlin, 2020), the Institute of Contemporary Arts ICA (London), and Jerwood Arts (London, 2019).

Katrine Skovsgaard is a Danish artist working between Copenhagen and London. She is the recipient of the Sven Dalsgaard Honorary Award for young experimental artists, HIGH Prize of Creative Excellence and the 15th of June Foundations Honorary Award. Her work investigates ways to communicate subjective sensory and emotional experience, especially those personal experiences we do not talk about and those we do not notice. Her research is based on art practice and located at the intersection of understandings of shame, chronic pain, sharing and mutual care. Her work has been exhibited at Brandts, c4 Projects, Copenhagen Art Week, Kunsthal Aarhus, Middelfart Museum and The Psychiatry in Southern Denmark, Montez Press Radio, Sorø Art Museum, Vollsmose Culture House and elsewhere.

Ndayé Kouagou is an artist and performer based in Paris. His practice always starts from texts of which he is the author. Voluntarily or involuntarily confused, he tries as best as he can to bring a reflection on three topics: legitimacy, freedom, and love. The result is… what it is. He describes his work as “quite interesting, but not that interesting or maybe not interesting at all”. He has presented his work, among others, at Auto Italia South East (London), Centrale Fies (Dro/Italy), and Lafayette Anticipation (Paris), where he also launched his publishing project YBR* (Young Black Romantics).

Raissa Pardini is an Italian-born, UK-based visual artist whose practice moves through music and contemporary culture. Sixteen of her poster works were recently added to the Victoria & Albert Museum’s permanent collection as part of its documentation of the current wave of the rising British music scene. She has collaborated with some of the most influential artists and platforms worldwide — from Apple Music to MTV, Sony to Vevo, The New York Times, Adobe, and WeTransfer — and worked with artists such as Måneskin, Nadia Lee Cohen, Paul Weller, Idles, and Khruangbin, among others.

Alongside her visual practice, Pardini has been deeply involved in public speaking, seminars, mentorship programs, and festivals, where she highlights the importance of visual language in the music industry and encourages younger audiences to develop their own creative paths. She has hosted sessions for Adobe Live, spoken on the main OFFF stage in Barcelona, participated in Wide Awake Festival, and appeared as a guest on platforms such as the Rough Trade podcast, Synesthesia, BIMM Institute, and numerous universities across Europe.

Alex Baczynski-Jenkins is an artist and choreographer whose practice engages with queer affect, embodiment, and relationality. Through gesture, collectivity, touch, and sensuality, his work unfolds the structures and politics of desire. He has presented solo exhibitions at Kunsthalle Basel (2019), Foksal Gallery Foundation in Warsaw (2018), and Chisenhale Gallery in London (2017), and has shown work internationally in contexts such as the 58th International Art Exhibition – La Biennale di Venezia (2019), Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam (2019), Migros Museum of Contemporary Art Zurich (2018), Palais de Tokyo Paris (2017), Museum of Modern Art Warsaw (2017), Swiss Institute Contemporary Art New York (2016), Muzeum Sztuki Łódź (2016), and Basel Liste (2014).

He is co-founder of the feminist and queer project space Kem in Warsaw, which has developed projects including Kem Care at the Museum of Modern Art Warsaw (2017) and Three Springs at Ujazdowski Castle Centre for Contemporary Art (2018–2019). Baczynski-Jenkins was a fellow of the Home Workspace Program in Beirut (2012–2013), and in 2018 he received both the Arts Foundation Award and the Frieze Artist Award.

Multidisciplinary artist Nora Silva defines herself as someone who makes things. On a deeper level, she can be described as an artist, independent researcher, and Spanish-Chilean writer based in London, who—after graduating in Fine Arts—travelled around Latin America working as a cook.

Her work is rooted in social awareness and invites viewers to reflect on how we respond to some of the defining issues of our time: the loss of privacy, climate change, migration policies, consumer culture, and the touristification of cities. Her practice is typically grounded in action-based performance, often supported by installations and objects that extend the gestures of her live work into physical space.

British-Danish artist Isha Bøhling works across painting, sculpture, sound, and curating. She composes with paint, draws with her voice, sculpts instruments, and stages performances through object and light-based installations. Her work has been presented internationally across Europe, Asia, the United States, and South America.

Recognised by both audiences and critics for her eclectic and distinctive approach, Bøhling has received multiple awards throughout her career. She was a recipient of The Freelands Foundation Award (2020), shortlisted for the East London Painting Prize (2014), and was also a finalist or shortlisted for a number of major prizes including the John Moores 23 Painting Prize (2003), Artsway Prize (2005), Red Mansions Prize (2002), and the Observer Student Prize (2002).

Damien Poulain is an artist working across design, architecture, and both built and natural environments. His practice transmutes influences from Shintoist, primitive, and heraldic symbology, alongside contemporary material and digital culture, to propose a universal visual language. Through an evolving range of formats—including textiles, painting, sculpture, and ephemeral architectural volumes—he develops glyphic systems of geometry and colour that question how humans relate to one another, to their surroundings, and to the mystery of existence.

Nomadic and deeply contextual, Poulain’s work ranges from monumental interventions to small-scale paintings produced in ongoing series linked to place and time. While public space remains his preferred canvas, his work has also been presented in solo exhibitions at Kemistry Gallery and KK Outlet in London, and at Calm and Punk Gallery and Claska in Tokyo, as well as in group exhibitions at the Museum of Graphic Design in Breda and the 21_21 Design Sight Museum in Tokyo.

New York artist and writer Ian Monroe conceptualises with sharp clarity the promise and disappointment of modernity. He first came to public attention in 2003 with a large-scale exhibition at the Saatchi Gallery, and since then his artistic output and international recognition have continued to grow.

His work is held in numerous private collections, as well as major international institutions including the Aarhus Kunstmuseum (Denmark), the Saint Louis Art Museum (USA), the Hamburger Bahnhof (Germany), and the Museo de Arte Contemporáneo de Castilla y León (Spain).

As a writer, Monroe has published articles in The Guardian, Art Review, and the specialised publication Collage, contributing critical reflections on contemporary art and visual culture.

Juan Gómez Alemán is an artist and cultural manager. He is the founder and director of La Juan Gallery, the first gallery in Spain dedicated to the living arts. The gallery’s practice centres on overhauling clichés associated with performance art, while building networks between artists and audiences through its programming and projects.

He has collaborated with institutions such as the Instituto Cervantes, Central Saint Martins (London), Teatros del Canal (Madrid), Cidade da Cultura (Santiago de Compostela), and Matadero (Madrid), among others.

Visual and multimedia artist Jesús de Miguel lives on the island and therefore knows Ibiza intimately. A graduate in Fine Arts from the University of Salamanca, he has studied the anthropology and creative processes of art, animation, and 3D design.

His practice is particularly rooted in painting, through which he explores a wide range of approaches — from purely pictorial languages to more technologically driven forms of artistic expression. The visual poetry of his work moves through an ocean of abstractions, where the defined becomes less clear-cut, and forms dissolve and merge until they are reborn with a life of their own, extending beyond the limits of what is expected.

The name Zeltia Montes is closely linked to music and cinema. A Galician composer specialising in film soundtracks, she began composing at the early age of 9.

She studied piano and music theory at the Conservatorio Superior de Música de Madrid and specialised in modern music. She also trained at Berklee College of Music in Boston and composed her first soundtrack in 2008 for the film Pradolongo, by Ignacio Vilar.

Her awards include the Jerry Goldsmith Award, the Mestre Mateo Award, the Gold Medal for excellence at the Park City Film Music Festival, and the Goya for best original score for the film El buen patrón.

Mauricio Freyre is a Peruvian researcher, audiovisual artist and filmmaker with a background in architecture. Interested in how film and architecture overlap, his projects seek out the interfaces of celluloid and architecture, with special emphasis on the margins, blind spots and dark areas.

A recipient of the Premio Nacional de Cine Experimental in Peru and the Matadero Production Grant in Madrid, his films and installations have featured in the programmes and exhibitions of the Valdivia International Film Festival, Les Rencontres Internationales Paris/Berlin, l’Alternativa, TENT Rotterdam, Nederlands Film Festival and Fundación Telefónica Lima, among others.

La Juan Gallery is a temple of live art, founded in 2015 by Juan Gómez Alemán and Alex De La Croix under the firm belief that performance art is a transversal discipline and that artists inherently create with their bodies.

Juan Gómez Alemán is the creative director of La Juan Gallery. He is also a freelance cultural manager, exhibition curator, playwright and stage director, driven by a deep curiosity for life and self-education.

The Ibizan Marc Tur and the Catalan Eduard Reguant are two architects based in Ibiza. For Marc Tur, “a good project is one that allows us to correct or positively influence the way people relate to each other,” words that illustrate the value he gives to architecture in general and his daily work in particular. Winner of the 2008–2011 Ibiza and Formentera Architecture Prize, he is — together with Eduard Reguant — responsible for the design of the Ses12naus spaces in Ibiza.

Karen Paulina Biswell is the daughter of Colombian parents who emigrated to Paris to escape the extreme political repression of the early 1990s. Her diverse body of work, which continually defies definition, focuses on themes such as morality, vulnerability, and human fate. Motivated by a profound interest in the extreme states and depths of the human mind and experience, Biswell examines lesser-known aspects of contemporary life and the invisible and challenging elements of society today.

She has held exhibitions at Espacio 23 Miami, Art and Social Unrest in the Jorge M. Perez Collection; the Momenta Biennale de l’Image in Montreal; and the A4 Art Museum in Chengdu, China. Her work features in public and institutional collections including the Musée du Quai Branly – Jacques Chirac (France), Museo del Banco de la República (Colombia), Pérez Art Museum Miami / Colección Jorge M. Pérez, and Les Rencontres de la Photographie d’Arles (France).

Ana Martínez Fernández works mainly in the field of sculpture, which she approaches through written and spoken language. She is interested in the complexity of social narratives, especially the implications of the consumption of certain products and images, the paradoxical or contradictory forces shaping the mechanisms of desire, and the absence — or presence — of innocence in these mechanisms.

She studied Fine Arts at the Universidad del País Vasco and Contemporary Art Theory at Goldsmiths University College London. She has taught Criticism and Contextual Studies at the Faculty of Architecture at London Metropolitan University and has exhibited in Madrid, Osaka, and France.

A Fine Arts graduate from the University of Granada, Ydáñez has given workshops along with Juán Genovés and Mitsuo Miura, among others. He has received important distinctions and is one of Spain’s most internationally renowned painters. He has been awarded scholarships by the Ministry of Culture’s Colegio de España in Paris (2001), the Marcelino Botín Foundation (1998), the Academia de España in Rome (2016) and the 33rd BMW Painting Prize (2018).

Fati Morri is the artistic name of Fátima Moreno, a graphic artist and illustrator born in Granada and with close ties to Barcelona and Lisbon.

She imbued art from an early age, her mother being a painter. She studied engraving at the Escuela de Arte de Granada and then completed a Master’s in contemporary graphic design in Galicia, which led her to work in advertising for several years, before quitting to devote herself entirely to illustration.

As an illustrator she has worked for clients such as Alpha Decay publishers, the newspaper El Mundo, the BAM festival and El Segell del Primavera Sound, among others.

Sabelo Mlangeni is a South African photographer who was born in 1980 in Driefontein, near Wakkerstroom, in Mpumalanga, and moved in 2001 to Johannesburg, where he joined the Photo Workshop market, graduating in 2004.

His sensitivity and ability to provoke emotion through his images have earned him a place in the world of photography. He has had solo exhibitions in various parts of South Africa, the US, New Zealand, the UK and Angola; and group exhibitions in Germany, Nigeria, Mali, France, Portugal, Holland and Mexico, which have addressed themes as diverse as apartheid, the invisibility of women, and sex.

Nihat Karatasli (1988–2021) was an interdisciplinary artist whose videos, animations, sculptures, performances, and installations explored the interconnections between humans, nature, and technology.

A lecturer, columnist, and teacher, Karatasli was also co-founder of the Hüzün Archive, supported by Koç University (Istanbul). His work was featured in group exhibitions in Istanbul, Seoul, and Los Angeles, and he held an MFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.

He participated in several film festivals, including the 7th Mammoth Lakes Film Festival in California, Soy Meta in Shanghai, the 37th Kasseler Film Festival, and Stand Firm, Stand Here at Ohklahomo, Chicago.

Martine Feipel & Jean Bechameil construct and deconstruct spaces. Extensive training and experience afford them an absolute mastery of volume with which to recreate a universe that seems completely illogical at first sight.

Martine Feipel studied visual arts at the Marc Bloch University in Strasbourg, the University of the Arts in Berlin, and Central Saint Martins College of Art & Design in London, where she obtained her MA in Fine Art. Jean Bechameil has worked since 1990 as a freelance sculptor, producing many of Lars von Trier’s play and film sets, including Antichrist, Manderlay, and Dogville.

Based in Luxembourg, the couple have collaborated together since 2008.

Sofia Eliza Bouratsis is passionate about the contemporary art world, in which she has immersed herself through research, writing, and curating. One research theme she often returns to is the dichotomy between the human and non-human body; she is also interested in contemporary images and new technologies, as well as discourse around public, urban, and ecological space—especially from an architectural perspective.

Her project drew inspiration from the conversations she held with the other artists participating in the residency. These exchanges formed the basis of a series of postcards displaying questions, fusing text with an exposé of ideas in movement.

Winner of the Basque Government’s Gure Artea Award in 2013, Ana Laura Aláez is recognised for her artistic career and contribution to contemporary art. Alongside her visual work, she has also engaged in space design and writing. Since 2000—coinciding with her project Dance & Disco at Espacio 1 of the Reina Sofía Museum—she has collaborated with other electronic music creators. She has extensive teaching experience through courses, lectures, and workshops, and lives and works in Palma de Mallorca.

Mariano Torres is a musician and composer based between Mallorca and Ibiza, known for his deep connection to the soundscape of the Pityusic Islands and his close collaboration with the local artistic community. His work is marked by an intimate sensitivity to memory, territory, and musical experimentation—qualities that shape both his compositions and his creative process.

During his residency, Torres continued developing an approach grounded in attentive listening and the careful construction of sonic atmospheres. His practice was featured in the documentary series Aiguallums, produced by Filmòtica, with an entire episode dedicated to his way of conceiving and composing works such as Introducció. The portrait reveals a detail-oriented creator who brings together acoustic instruments, environmental textures, and an almost artisanal method of building sound.

Torres frequently collaborates with artists from the islands—including his brother Toni—and actively participates in projects that amplify contemporary art and creative processes in Ibiza and Formentera. His sustained presence within the local cultural landscape has established him as a key figure in the artistic fabric of the islands.

Beatrice Dettori (Italy, 1976) is a designer and artist based in Eivissa. She graduated in Product Design from Chelsea College of Art and Design and, after working at Jasper Morrison’s studio, spent several years in Paris developing culinary scenographies for artists, galleries, and institutions including Pierre Soulages, Larry Clark, Pierrette Bloch, and Anish Kapoor. Since 2018, she has returned to her artistic practice through everyday objects, narratives, and clay sculpture.

During her residency, Dettori continued exploring the physical and introspective potential of material transformation, creating works that generate subtle tensions between common and recycled matter and precious or symbolically charged elements. Her practice invites close attention and sensory engagement, activating quiet contrasts that unfold through touch, weight, and presence.
